Hello everyone 😊, today I want to show you guys how to make this super delicious 😋 Best Stir Fry Eels Recipe , it’s so addictive that you can’t stop eating 😆 The yellow eels is so flavorful and its meat texture is firm. This dish goes well with some rice 😋 It tastes so good with the sauce eating together. I hope you guys would enjoy it. I bought the frozen eels at the Asian market and I found this brand is very good, the eels are great and fresh even it’s been frozen.
Ingredients
8 oz frozen yellow eels (Cleaned and gutted from the package)
1/4 green bell pepper (chopped into cubes)
1/4 red bell pepper (chopped into cubes)
1/4 red onion (chopped into cubes)
2 Tbsp sliced fresh shallot
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
2” by ½” piece fresh ginger
(finely julienned)
2 green onions (chopped)
Sauce ingredients
1/8 tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
1 Tbsp rice wine
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
½ tsp cornstarch
½ tsp sesame oil
