As a Christian I fervently pray for Jews and Israel. My worry is, according to the Bible, Jerusalem will become a heap of ruins and the Jewish people still need to accept Jesus as their savior. How will these two huge mentions in the Bible play out? We can pray for a change in their hearts, but Jerusalem being destroyed is a given according to God's Word. In the light of the current situation, it worries me. Is the prophesies busy playing out? It is important that we all prepare ourselves for the coming of Christ, but I see no end to the suffering of Israel and Jews. I pray for mercy upon His people and their protection.
