Manny is a hero 2 EZ Mil so he got Drake back by using his beat/flow on the rap "Forever" 2 finish this rap. And being Filipino himself, it didn't sit well with him that Drake did that.. Then he said "Drake, it's not a problem using ur beat right ?! " ... he was trolling Drake 4 making fun of Manny Pacquiao.

The lyrics “Lee’s fans are crying” references Stan Lee passing away. The lines “Shifting my gears while dripping in tears”,Ez connected that back to the Dodge car scheme and Stan Lee scheme. Kardiak is a brand of film cartridge, I believe and is a double that relates back to him taping his heart (cardiac). EZ shouted out Drake for using Drake’s flow on Forever in the latter part of the song and if that was ok and not a problem for him. 2200 is the city code of Olongapo where Ez grew up (you’ll hear Ez rep this a lot in his tracks).
