We live in Florida as well. Good pizza is hard to find!! We sail on the Meraviglia on March 30! We are excited to sail on MSC again.

I don’t let them put towels animals in my room are do turn down service and clean the room. They do to much work already and k can walk a mile in their shoes. Hard work !

@@MedlingWorld I work in the Hospitality industry 40 years so I know the work is hard. Once had a guest ask the manager do they change the sheets every day at home, the answer was no. Than she said well don’t change hers, this guest paid $ 3000 to $ 5000 a night at this hotel. Clientele are billionaires are Millionaires.

Hey - I just found you today! I loved this video - you did a great job! I have a Meraviglia cruise in about 6 weeks. Something I have learned from other cruisers is to bring candy and treats to the crew from their region of the world. Can you tell me the nationalities of some of the crew members you have met? Thanks!

I have former co workers who are now the ships crew and they said it's a better company MSC and much nicer ships of course 😄👍being a crew is both hard and fun..but still it depends on your rank on board..your vlog is informative,well done!

Shellfish allergies in my family too. I didn’t know Roberta had. She seems to be very easygoing about being around it with Jake eating it. We probably won’t eat in a dining room. She hasn’t had any issues eating on the ships with her allergies?
She has not had any issues. Both Disney and Royal Caribbean bring the Head Chef out to her and they go over the entire menu. MSC did not do this. She just had to make sure she picked items without seafood. Fortunately her allergy is only affecting if she actually eats seafood. She can be around it as long as she doesn't injest it. MSC couldn't guarantee there was no cross contamination. Disney was amazing and took her dining order earl and prepared all her meals separately to ensure no cross contamination. Royal definitely was excellent as well. MSC really needs to work on allergy awareness for sure! Thank you for watching! 😎
Hello . New subscribers here. Did you book the traditional dining or my time? Your thoughts which one is better? We’re sailing in May to the Bahamas. First time cruising with MSC. Like your video 👍👍👍
We were assigned to the 6pm dining time. We booked about a week before the cruise it that was all that was left. We usually like the late dining around 8pm. It all depends on your preference. We try and plan our dining time around the shows in the evening. We did try My Time Dining on Harmony of the Seas but it was a bit frustrating a couple times waiting for a table. Plus if you do the assigned dining you will get the same wait staff each night. On MSC I would recommend earlier dining. We were right in and no waiting! Thank you for watching! 😎
@@MedlingWorld thanks for your response. We cruise with RCL & always request for early dining to make it to the show. This time I want to try my time just because MSC have 3 main dinings specifically for flexi/my time. I would assume there will be no wait for a table. From what I read only the Wave is for traditional dining. Anyway just to be on the safe side we requested early dining through our agent.
Was there a Yacht Club tent outside?
I do not remember one. Might of been but I didn't notice. 😎

My adult kids and I will be on the Meravilgia in September so I've been watching every video I can find. So I am excited to find yours. Excited to watch the rest of them. We will be doing an 8 night out of New York. Everything I've seen previously has really been a mixed bag of opinions. I think yours seems a little more balanced. One thing I'm concerned about is cigarette smell. Did you notice any cigarette odor either in your cabin or elsewhere on the ship? Keep up the great work!
We did not smell any smoke. They do have a designated smoking area on the pool deck port side. Even at the pool we didn't smell the smoke. I'm so happy you are enjoying our vlogs! We always vlog our adventures and want our viewers to feel like they are cruising right along with us. There were some frustration on MSC as you will see on our vlogs. When we also have a recap vlog of the good and the bad. Thank you so much for watching! 😎

question, did y'all have the same boarding time (you and your friends) if not were you able to board anyways together? My husband and I have 2 rooms 5 kids and we were given 2 different boarding times and wondering if I can just go at his time. I called but they weren't really clear. Only said it can't be changed which I though was odd.
We did all have the same boarding. MSC did not seem very strict on the arrival times but nothing is guaranteed. Some times it just depends who you get to deal with when arriving. Hopefully it will work out just fine! Thanks for watching 😎

What time did you board? Everyone says 2-3 hours to get on the ship.
I’m wondering this as well. Boarding the Meraviglia this Thursday and waiting hours to get on the ship seems to be the biggest complaint.
We arrived a little after 2pm and were on the ship in less than 20 minutes. No lines at all. Very quick! Thank you for watching! 😎

I would definitely contact the Cruis Line to get any Embarkation information that you need. 😎
what time can start the embarkation?
There should be a time on your boarding information. I'm not sure how strict MSC is with sticking with assigned boarding times. We arrived shortly after 2pm and walked right on with no lines. 😎
Do you know if there was a teen club as well?
If I remember, there is a teen club on the ship. I'm editing a full ship tour now! Should be out by the weekend! 😎

You get what you pay for…looked like such a good deal for a balcony room but it turned out that it was much smaller than other lines we had been on and decorated in a rather depressing brown tones..the food was a bit below average but bread and some soups very very good..since it was an Iralian line, we looked forward to the pasta and it was big disappointment…the pizza was quite good but you had to get it at the buffet which on sea days was a zoo
I agree! Food was not great. Very limited included food as well on MSC. 😎
