Didn't hollow out the helmet, but i put the camera on the left side of the helmet attached to the driver neck via push rods for better view angle. @@Supermotoxl I build and fly racing/freestyle quadcopters and have fitted fpv to my tamiya viper. I use fatshark goggles and wanted to see the quality of the fpv feed from your chosen vtx to your goggles.
@@paulmorris563 The FPV video feed is the same as shown in this youtube footage on my FPV truck here: th-cam.com/video/jyNHNcq5q8g/w-d-xo.html since they share the same hardware. You can see the feed on top corner on certain clips.
