so finally installing the ECU on my GT650 2023 model. its not that Hard and its not that Easy i will say the whole installation process. on the process of installing the ECU my air filters from K&N also arrived. The wiring is very simple bro its just coupler to coupler connection. Main is calibrating the Ecu, on which i have already made a video.
And fuel x pro is not required if you have already installed powertronic Ecu, i mean it can be installed with the ecu but the benefits will be just marginal and not value for money

I think its better to take it to a mechanic its very simple he will do it for you
The harness which comes with the powertronic ecu. In every coupler its clearly mentioned where its supossed to be connected.

Getting a GT soon. But honestly I've no idea what this ECU is all about ? Can someone explain and also what it does to the bike itself ?.
Dont worry enjoy the stock bike for few months, after that when you feel you need little bit more power than you need to install this. The ECU helps in increasing the torque, Bhp and overall performance of the bike (in simple words)☺️
Can you setup a drag race with a stock gt,it would be helpful in gauging the performance gains.

So far All Good, no issue’s.
How much is the power gain. Stock bike is 47 bhp.
Since there is no dyno miles aways so. Cannot say the exact figure. I can just say its better than what it was in stock form. What i changed are below:
Ecu -race+ Map(powertronic V4)
Airfilter k&N
Airbox- stage 2
Exhaust- rrp without db
Spark- iridium ngk
The way the bike responds now is way faster☺️

Actually those are not that great and very flimsy and need to be adjust again and again cos they get loose everytime. I am currently using royal enfield genuine bar ends they are on the costly side but are far better than anything i have seen on the market

Only the exhaust was changed, was thinking of changing the bend pipe but that will be like over kill( too much loud)

Hi, I'm from Guwahati and I've a BS4 Continental GT650 (2018) and I wanted to get a powertronic since forever. But I'm not very confident of doing it myself and I don't know if there's any reliable place who does this installation in guwahati or anywhere near for me to go do it. Brother I don't know what you are doing and what this powertronic v4 thing is and what it does, please I am very confused.
Powertronic is a piggy back ECU which overwrites the stock ECU to increase bikes power. In simple words its used to increase overall power of bike

Pre installed hota hai. But you have to connect laptop to calibarate the TPS. Uska video already mera channel meh hai woh dekh lena

Konsa wala powertronic order kiya hai v3 na v4 woh hisab se software download karna padega. Map already uska andar rehta hai no need to download.

@@AS23GT bhaiya ji mayne v4 order kia hay. To powertronic v4 rtune install karna hoga. V4 me rtune usb drivers dwonload karna nahi hoga ? Jaysa v3 me dwonload karna hota hay.
V4 ka rtune andriod mobile meh download karke waha se bhi ho jayega. V4 support android phone with otg cable. Laptop meh directly v4 rtune software karne se ho jayega

No. Cos no wire cutting is involve, everything is coupler to coupler and best part is if you ever want to go back to stock Ecu than just remove the powertronic ecu. But in code 6 remap that is not possible cos the stock ECU is only reprogrammed.

U dont have to tell them just remove it and go when you go for servicing simple. If you go and say i modified than ofcourse they will void your warranty🤣

Its a waste without changing bendpipe and exhaust. Will probably damage the bike if u tune it for more hp without the exhaust and bend pipes being changed

Bull shit, the stock tune is super lean. Even a small bump in the fuel map will show very noticeable difference.
