Our cat was diagnosed this week with FIP this week. He starts on the treatment tonight. I am working with FIP Global Cats, which spun off from FIP Warriors. I was skeptical but my vet gave me their info and supports the plan. I am worried about giving all the shots but knowing that we can give Hurley a good chance at recovery, we are going for it. Wish us luck and say a prayer for us.
My foster kitten started last night… she’s already perking up and taking interest in cat like things. I will say, the community at fip warriors is phenomenal…there should be this level of support for all treatment regimes… for animals and humans too!!
Yes, the injections work. It feels like a miracle after years of watching these kittens die. I, unfortunately, had to use it on my own new rescue kitten. It was 100% worth it. He went from near death, full blown wet FIP, to happy and healthy in a few short weeks. Now 6 months later he is a few days away from his "official" cure date. Although I can't legally recommend it to my clients, at least I can tell them some sort of hope exists if they desire to seek it out themselves.
100% it is out there and IT WORKS. My CRex is 41 days post-treatment (in Observation). She was 4.8 lbs July 6th... after treatment, she's 7.25 lbs and full of life! Without it, she wouldn't have lasted a week. FDA: APPROVE IT ALREADY!!
In Sweden the pills are now prescribed but are noticeably more expensive than giving injections. Major clinics and hospitals are certified to treat by injections too.
What makes me sad is the number of vets who have no idea this trial ever existed and are still telling owners it's fatal and there are no options. I get messages from people all over who tell me this. Vets can give the supportive care while not touching the GS. The cost has dropped significantly and it's now affordable for most!
I had never heard of FIP until about three or four weeks ago. I adopted two kittens in early January, both healthy and playful. About a month ago, one of them started to be less lively, and less active, and one Saturday night, I ended up at an emergency vet with her. After a costly night, they diagnosed her with FIP. We tried an antibiotic with no luck, and her fever hovered between 103-105 for several weeks. They pointed me to FIP Warriors, and within a few days, they helped me acquire the medication. I'm on week two of treatment, and my cat has become way more active again, and her temp is back in range for a typical cat. The drug is expensive, and it's very painful...I hate waking up every morning to give her a shot, but it seems to be working.
Very expensive but trust me I testify I used it on my cat after praying to God for help. It 100% works. My cat was on his last day. He was ten weeks old at the time. he is fine now.
Having cats for decades, and having treated 2 in 2020 for FIP, I cannot get with an oral version. With injections, it either goes in or not and you know it right then. One cat may eat pills obediently while most are going to fight and possibly hack it out, or throw it up later. One of my Warriors takes 3 meds to this day because he has hyperthyroidism, asthma, and a heart murmur. The pills for the latter two probably don't end up in his stomach and used at least 1 a week each. I've seen FIP to the end 10 times prior to treating these 2, and that nightmare vision is enough for me to inject and just hope for the best on the burn. Mine rarely fussed over the shot, fussing more about being put in a restraint bag. Glad to hear this is getting discussed at the conferences now.
Just went to FIP Warriors, got my first dose and injected my cat last night, this morning she looks a little bit better, amazing. We run a neonatal kitten program, I can't count how many cats we've had to bury do to fip, especially kittens. Treatment is still around $1,000, better than it was before which was like $3,000, but let me tell you nothing will motivate you more than a dying kitten
just received two vials of the Capella brand/version im petrified but hes only 5 months old Wet FIP- before i start the med im going to try raising money to help with treatment. afraid if i start it and i cant afford next vial its all for nothing not to mention the blood panels and one vet refused to help me monitor him. fingers crossed we can see him through the treatment, thanks for the video this is exactly what i have been trying to find since Diagnosis yesterday.
Hi, Can someone please help me? My 1-year-old baby is in so much pain. Where can I buy the treatment from, please? 🙏🏽 I've just spent over £700 at the local vets, and he never mentioned anything about this treatment. Instead, he suggested blood transfusions, which would cost thousands with no guarantee either. 😢
I found out abou the study a year ago when i first encountered FIP i did not know about the internet groups at the time. So i found myself hoping to get the coof so i could give my cat the medicine. I did not contract the coof and my cat passed away and now i have another afflicted cat and i have found the treatment and im grateful. It was brutal watching Binx Barry and Frankie and Oliver die from this I don't wanna see it again
Does anyone "personally" know someone who's cat went through treatment & gone on to live 1-10+ years after treatment? Not some admin of a site that promotes the cure/treatment.
This is a new treatment, how do you expect to find 10 years post treatment testimony? My cat is in treatment for 2 weeks now and he went from near death to be a happy cat just after 1 week
I know someone personally almost 2 years out from the cure where the kitty is doing great. That's about the maximum you'll find considering the drug is brand spanking new.
I understand your curiosity, I was also very skeptical and distrusting. Relapses do occur sometime. My cat went on 88 days injections+ 88days observation. His last injection was June 2022. Today (10.12.2022) he is still fine, more than 3 months after the last injection. Most of my pen -friends who treated their cats with GS report the same good results. GS is indeed working! But I understand completely your distrust.

Yes. It worked for mine.
5ml of GS for 4 weeks. My cat is cured.
What dosage was that? Or, what was your kitty's weight and what was the concentration of the brand you used?
Very expensive but trust me I testify I used it on my cat after praying to God for help. It 100% works. My cat was on his last day. He was ten weeks old at the time. he is fine now.

10 days into injections. She's back to herself, and eyesight is improving. This needs to be pushed to vets!
Yes it works!

Which channel? Currently dealing with diagnosis today. They drained her :(
Just lost a cat to FIP. Truly heartbreaking disease. Idk why this treatment is not legal.

Hi I have a feral colony and am looking for ways to protect them from diseases.. what is this bm drug and where is it avail?
The sad part about FIP medication is that on average it cost $2k for treatment, and not affordable for a lot of folks.
