Man I am so sorry to hear that. people have to be better. On something like that , at least in the state of texas, If your realtor is doing any sort of credit it is supposed to be done at the closing table on your Closing disclosure so that everyone knows its happening and that the lender can account for it.

Shaddock builds a good product. Really like their quality. As far as warranty goes I’ve never personally had anyone have issues with them. For fate my hardest thing for them is price vs lot size. For what they’re wanting I would personally rather be in montera on the other side of the highway with a 50 or potentially 70 fr lot with a highland,khov, or weekly.

Century is relatively new here in DFW. They were big in south texas and have moved up here. The few communities of theirs that I have walked and been in they seem good. I have not closed anything with them Yet. But I know they usually have really good incentives and seem to be priced fair for the market they are in.
I have a question. It should be a common question but what if I had chosen a color and my neighbor next to me has the same color for the new built. Builders has to explain to us that two same color house cannot be next to each other……We sign all the contracts and we’re waiting for them to break ground. But what if I dont like that color do you think compensation is it unreasonable somebody in the company or the builder should be responsible. 😅I have already compensated with my first house because it was an awesome deal but the compensation was well worth it. Now I got a situation that my neighbor has chosen the first color and will be closing before us. Now I have the realtors telling me that we have to do a new contract, because they cannot fulfill the first contract. What should I ask for? Or should I even ask for anything. Or should I just walk away and get my earnest money back. If anyone out there with some knowledge…. I would appreciate some advice of what to do.
Another great video! I wish we had more leverage in Mosaic 😅 But we at least got the 20k from Highland Homes. What do you think about the 506 plan? We are using the 2nd floor bedroom as an office. We love the idea of keeping the office and play space separated from the living space. The rep was saying it is a very new plan.
It is a new plan. I havent seen any one built yet But ive looked at the plan. I think its a solid choice. I love that you have the downstairs study and the tandem 3 car. I think yoiu made a solid choice in a solid community
