Yes you can, it is that you just have to put in some extra hours with consistency, complete the pyqs and give test series diligently

Bhai milta toh nhi h starting mein ek semester baad hi milta hai, baaki baat kr skte ho dean of student affairs woh allot kr dete h issue ho toh
