ES ke through Environmental science mil jaati hai and kch interdisciplinary departments mil jaate hai... If I talk about IIT Bombay then waha pe Environmental Science, GNR, CTARA jaise department mil jaate hai
As far as I know BSc IT is eligible to sit for GATE but not eligible to take admission in MTech. The minimum educational qualification to take admission in MTech is MSc.

Is some prior skills required for RA or they provide the training initially?
Its a MTech degree so during interview they will check your subject knowledge from BTech...
