    Dot from UK
Thank you for sharing part 1 and 2 of these superb videos. Lots of great ideas to try with different mediums. I'm lucky to live in the UK where Carnival Tissue is made. I can't wait to try your techniques, thanks once again, I've never seen anyone go into so much detail using so many mediums, going to watch May stencil launch next. I've only just found you on You Tube and I'm so glad did. Peace love and happiness always Dot x.

That’s a really interesting technique using the silicone mats instead of a gel plate. I look forward to seeing what you use your new papers for. Thanks for sharing.

So many ideas, so little time 🙂 Can I ask where you found the large silicone mat? I can only find small ones but would love to cover my table with one mat.

Find an “oven liner” in the kitchen department- I got several that are the size of the inside of your oven (maybe 24x24”).

Thanks so much for sharing this ! I am going to try the non gel plate technique because I don’t have a gel plate 😂 I use cardboard under and it gives some cool lines and texture too but not variety so I am excited to try this out! #inspired ❤

I like the "sandwiching" idea!! Def. will do some of that! BTW, if anyone can't get W.S. tissue, let me know... be happy to share.

Hello! At 35:27, in the Walnut Ink section, you put some string down on the paper. Where did you get the string? Can you buy it precut like that? Is it thread that you wound around something and then just cut to length? I'm very curious! 💜

Hi Shawn, love your series, been a subscriber since your hair color was different 😊. What about trying tracing paper.

Tracing paper wrinkles so badly it’s the same as vellum . I can’t even braver it or scrape it smooth. It is transparent but doesn’t work for smooth layer or on textured surfaces. Thanks for being here… you’ve watched my hair go through some major changes!lol!

Do you paint on the shiney or matt side of the wet strength tissue? Carol

I usually work on the non-shiny side, but to be honest when I wasn't paying attention I used the shiny side and it was just fine!
