- 古琴曲《禅定》选自李祥霆先生的专辑《心》(风华国韵系列) © 2009 龙源音乐。
“禅”是外不着相，不执着一切境界相是为禅；“定”是内不动心。潘国静禅师曰: “禅者藏也，未见此物，不知何物，只有依悟，明心见性。” 由「凡人」到「成佛」整个过程中，起关键性作用的是「禅定」，没有它发挥积极作用，「凡人」是无法达到「成佛」的境界。
独处之时，听一曲李祥霆先生的《禅定》，悠然的琴声犹如一缕佛香，让心底的一抹浮躁烟消云散。故而在纷繁世事中寻得一片安逸，静坐敛心，专注一境，思行悟禅，忘言息虑。

Listening to this after a heart break,while the rain is pouring, looking out the windows, smelling the scent of rain,the cloudy sky, and doing a revision because tired of doin nothing is so chilling and relaxing. I don't feel like I just went thru a heart break and a depression..I feel calm and I get to focus more on my studies. Thank you for the great music

This music- it's scale and intervals unknown to me- so I listen with Beginner's Mind, no expectations of cadence- only pleasure that arises and falls away like each note.
