We dont use Xcode benchmark. But if the compilation is done 100% by the CPU so will be number one. Look at Cinebench benchmarks when i9-14900K is up to 30% faster than M2 Ultra.
The OS it can be installed without a graphic card ? i just got Gigabyte Z790 UD ax motherboard / i9 14900k CPU please help me with any advise to install hackintosh on it . Thank you

Yes sleep and all macOS features works. Thunderbolt 4.0 is a option on a PCIe card.

Intel Iris XE is not compatible with macOS. So You need graphic card. As You see on this video of course )
