When anyone can go into your GMB who you have never served as a client and posts a negative review, you dispute it with Google and they won’t remove it, That’s when I lost respect and value to GMB. Furthermore, this can destroy your business reputation. Perhaps create content on how to fight this.
Try flagging the review(s) from multiple email addresses. If it doesn't work, keep flagging it on a regular basis. That's worked for me. Thanks for the feedback Edwin.
