    Check us out as we play around with different weighted rollers and realise that the belt makes a bigger difference than we all thought! We also run into some issues and need to address them ASAP! Look out for that in the next video!

    12.5’s are the best weights to run on these

    Hi i have the same gilera runner 180 fxr bone stock. 72000km on the clock and still going very strong💪Ah i love my baby so much 😄My favorite perfume is the burned motul scooter power 2stroke oil 😂Of course i subscribed to your awesome channel. Your gilera in that white color might be the prettiest i have ever seen. Cant wait to see it become a missle. Greetings from Greece

    Heyy man, try fitting a toronda or HT rear brace, it stiffens the rear end and gives a much stronger rear end in turns etc

    • @urban_riders

      That’s something to look into! Thank you!

    I see your missing shims from your cvt . These missing shims will affect the gearing and acceleration of the bike .
    Behind the front pully there should be a 1m shim and infront of the pully a 0.5 shim .
    The missing 1m shim on the rear of the pully means your belts getting pushed higher in the front pully .
    That makes it impossible for the bike to pull away from the bottom of 1st gear .
    Sending best wishes from the uk keep up the gilera content !

      Thanks so much for this! Really appreciated! Ok so I want to port the bike. But I would love some information on who has ported a Pro Street 2 pm Tunning cylinder and head already so that I can get the specifications. Would really appreciate it if you could help. Regards Clayton

      @urban_riders  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for this! We will definitely need to shim between to get that belt to bottom gear! Thanks so much for the help!

      Hi Clayton . Honestly i would keep your bike how it is and just enjoy it 😎
      If you was to have your cylinder ported I would seriously think about changing your current set up. The malossi exhaust isn't really a big power exhaust . Neither is inlet/carb set up you have fitted
      If you want around 30/35 bhp then you will need to atleast Change the..... carb/inlet/exhaust.
      It's hard to compress evething into a TH-cam comment 😅 if you leave me your Instagram or Facebook I can send you more info if you needed. Safe riding

    Malossi belt is actually worse than the Piaggo one, especially in terms of reliability.

      Ja die v snaren zijn ook helemaal kut met optrek enzo van mij mening beter orgineel of dayco of hele toronda of ht poulie set met die snaar

      Hi Joseph, we glad you enjoyed the video. These scooters are still available 2nd hand, but it's difficult to find someone willing to part with theirs. I'm not sure how you will get one into Zambia. Good luck 👍

    Hi guys. I own a stock Bws 100. Can I fit the Urban Riders exhuast on the stock bike as is, no tuning? Thanks

    • @urban_riders
      @urban_riders  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey There, it is recommended to change your rollers with any performance exhaust. But nothing else is required!

    I'm sorry to say but for the money you get your customer to spend, his Gilers is slow. It needs porting from a 2T specialist.

    • @urban_riders
      @urban_riders  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Definitely needs porting! We plan on doing that very soon! One step at a time.

      This Scoot already has the PM tuning cylinder and head, but we do plan on porting it!
