Adorable child with the most expressive eyes! Thank you for your very helpful video on how to measure. I especially like the way you used the string for measuring the waist. Thanks again!
That little boy was adorable he was so good most kids would not be as accommodating. I sure hope you gave him a new toy for his patience he sure deserves it. :)
I was more interested in this adorable sweet little son of yours than the measurements. There is one measurement you have not specified, in the kids and adults tutorial "distance from neck to shoulder". Love your little boy. He's got such a lovely smile. My grandson turned 4 and is awfully tall. His parents are 1m82! Every 2 months I've gotta knit socks for him. Thanks for sharing and caring. 🗼😊
Hi @Melly, thanks for the tutorial, I just downloaded your Gatsby pattern and it finding it hard to sew it up correctly...can you please do a tutorial on it. thank you :)
Hi, my daughters' Chinese dance instructor wants their measurements so that she can have dance costumes made for them in China. She's given us a list of measurements to take and told us to "add room" because the factory will make them exactly to our measurements. I'm not a sewer, and I do not know how much "room" to add to each measurement. Can you give me some tips?
+Bill Ogden It would be better to ask the dance instructor to be more specific. How much room (also known as ease) to add depends a lot on the particular style being sewn and the fabric being used. There's no rule of thumb I can give you.

Thanks! Most patterns typically don't offer or use that measurement, so I didn't cover it.
Your little Boy is adorable, and so well behaved.
Thank you!

hairandmakeupme I'll keep that in mind, but it's not something currently on my to-film schedule.
***** I appreciate you considering it...I'm a visual beginner so I'm a bit lost on what to do next after cutting all the pieces out
