The 2016 National Seat Belt Enforcement Mobilization is May 16th - June 5th with the enforcement period starting on May 23rd. May Mobilization focuses on the importance of wearing your seat belt, the dangers of not wearing your seat belt and the Mobilization Crackdown on violators 24-7 by law enforcement.
