- After visited many bike shops to test ride different types of bicycle, I finally custom made this Velo Orange Neutrino Mini Velo at Ron's Cycle shop. This will be my last bicycle for daily transport. Would like to share this video to my TH-cam friends who love cycling/mini velo bicycle. Bike frame: S$1350 (Total cost: S$2700).

Liow I see you visited many bicycle shops which is the best buy so far....for a bicycle....
Every type of bikes (bifold, trifold, mini velo, full size bike etc) all got the pros and cons. that's no best buy or perfect bike. Only suit your usage or not. To me, mini velo is the best bike between full size and small compact bike.
Nice bike Mr Liow, what is the size of your cassette and the model of your RD? Reckon the ordinary MTB long cage RD won't fit well. Happy riding.

After watching Mr Liow video for so many years. i know for sure that this will definitely not be his last bike.. and very soon in the next few months, Mr Liow will then give away this bike to his friends or Jackson, then will do another video of Mr Liow buying another new bike and say it will be his last.... but i enjoy watching it.
This is my last and final bike. My wife paid $1500 for it, so cannot sell or give away🤥

At first i also hesitated to buy this colour (looks like lady bike), but i found out that this colour is rare and i want something special. That's why i bought it and use black colour parts to make it more 'man' looks. thanks for watching my video 😊

@@byondhorizon3576 mini velo bike frame very solid build and less joint parts to maintain. Foldable bike is good only when you need to fold the bike to take public transport or limited storage space at home.

Great video. Now that you have it for a few months already, how is it to ride? Good? Really interested to get a bike to ride with my son. Also, can you recommend me a shop to fix my son's bike? (Gears not shifting properly and grinding sound on rear wheel).
If you check my channel, you will notice that i bought many bikes for the past ten years. That's no perfect bike in this world, test ride for 30mins won't tell you much and after you use it for two weeks, you will know if the bike suit you or not (that's why i keep on buying). To me, this mini velo is the best bike. BMX 1.75 tyres can use in any road conditions and give me confident when making sharp turn. 10 speed is more than enough for singapore road and comfortable riding position according to my height and preference (custom made). The 4130 chromoly frame is the best material for bicycle (aluminium/carbon fiber is lighter but may crack if fall or knock onto something, titanium too expensive). Mini velo is full size bike with smaller wheels, very stable than any foldable bikes. You can go to L&T tampines to service your bike (sometimes long queue). thanks for watching my video 🤗

@@MrCam70 The frame and the fork is very strong and got many mounting holes for racks and water bottle cages. It's a touring bike and different from normal mini velo.

@@GIBSONGASPER123 yes I have seen some of yr videos and other than the bikes u rode/bought, the fish tank is also captivating 😁. As mentioned, am just starting out and whilst I liked the compactness of a mini velo am also concern if it ride small. Saw a lead in model with a wheel-wheel length of 140cm but not sure if it’s too small. Can’t visualise and also most bike shops do not entertain test ride “yet”.
@@steven3066 My height is 1.73m and not all mini velo suit me (most only standard size for unisex). Cannot test ride but at least you can seat on it to feel it. I also bought some foldable bikes but the folding parts needs maintenance/tighten. How is this MV compare to fnhon gust?
Fnhon gust using 16 inch 349 wheelset, easy to skids and not as comfortable as 20inch mini velo with 1.75 tyre. I ride both foldable and mini velo bike for the past 10yrs. Foldable bike too many folding parts not as stable as mini velo. That's why i bought it again.
do they have bicycle less than $200
This is bicycle workshop. Only do upgrading, servicing , selling parts/frame and custom made bike. From what i see, the only "full bike" they selling are "Mint" foldable bike. Less than $200 only neighbourhood shop can buy such as Uratra, Dura, Neorider or Aleoca brands.

Hi, your Fnhon using 349 or 305 wheelset? Small wheel must be extra careful (easy to skids) . I used fnhon gust before.
