Holy crap, when I saw the first 4 fetchlands I almost ran out to buy a MM17 box but then I saw that second box and puked a little. Knowing my luck I'll definitely get one of those no fetchland boxes. I think I'll wait for the prices to level out and just get the singles I want. That seems better than hating myself until the end of times.

Worth noting that in both boxes, the foil rare was also present as a regular version. Suggests foil sorting similar to that used when WotC had L5R. Which actually means you've added information in a box draft, and generally speaking... Crack a foil rare and you should be confident of seeing it again later on...

As soon as I saw Arid mesa and verdant catacombs, I would already be happy if I opened those from my boxes, since those are the 2 fetches I need. Then it ended up being better. I hope I have that luck with my box
Are the foils in this any different than usual? I normally don't care much for foils, but some of these are really quite beautiful. Maybe I just haven't given foils much thought recently, but are these made a little different than usual? Love some of the updated MM17 art as well. WotC really hit it out of the park with this set (do hope the limited format is good/... but they won't know for sure until we start playing it)
This modern master sett is the best thing wizards have done in a while. Make modern affordable again, for new players especially. Also, please reprint the cards that spiked when they where not in MM17.
