How to service the pump on a Royal Condor spray can

I have a plastic pump change the seal. But i find like I have to pump to many times for it to spray good. Could the yellow part on the next side go bad

could be, there are also O rings on the lance. Look for leakages

How often must one service the pump....no place to fill oil. I bought one Saturday gone, not yet used it. My main concern is the lubrication of the pump.....help me please.

Lubricate according to use. The oil goes in at the top of the pump.
