The Ruger 10/22 is a great gun for teaching young shooters proper shooting technique. Practically zero recoil and relatively cheap to shoot. I own 2.
I love my 10/22, everyone should own something similar.

My biggest complaint has always been the slide catch. I can never seem to get it right and once I do get it, I don't know what I did to make it work.
That rifle deserves better than SK ammo :)
2nd and 4th target look ok..but surely need better consistency to be branded "Target" Rifle? Looks like a fun rifle to own though, and the ammo testing for consistency and accuracy would bring hours of pleasure 👍

I just bought the ruger 10/22 target. Do you recommend the hawke optic? Or is there any other particular optics you would recommended for this rifle? TIA

I don't know about this guy. With my 10-22 target and CCI Standard Velocity, off a bench, i can shoot one ragged hole the size of a quarter at 60 yards, consistently.

50m with a good scope from a match barrel sounds like much tighter groups. Your muzzle device is probably messing you up
It's a semi auto factory Ruger, not a Match Bolt Action Rifle. The DPT moderator is not the limit

....my wife's 20" target barrel is moderated and shoots sub 1" @100yards with a variety of ammo.....
@LSMG2004 ive seen videos where they replace the barell with a 450 dollar one and it gets insanely accurate compared to stop. Youd think this one would be more accurate like you said but here we are lol thats what i came here to find out.
@@seaocean4868 yea I replaced my stock barrel with a $100 barrel and it made a huge difference. I would have probably done that on this one and saved cash on the other cosmetic stuff to get a better shooter. To each their own, I guess

But Going by the results that was absolutely rubbish results target shooting.
But if it preformes better with good quality ammo.
Then It would be a nice rifle to own and use.
Try without the can, they change barrel harmonics.

Perhaps you should lead by example? For starters, it's Queen's English and you also forgot your 'e' to make 'on' into 'one', but I'm not the one lecturing on grammar am I.
Well Christopher it's like this this new technology that allows you to speak into your iPad or phone doesn't know sometimes how to spell things correct grammar or paraphrase correctly so what can I say. However, I am not the one putting out videos. Good luck.
