Dear DC, I am sad to learn about the loss of your sister. I offer my sincere condolences. I have lost my big sister, also. Sadly, so on my birthday. She had experienced years of failing health. I miss her so much, but am comforted to know she no longer suffers. I am also the youngest of four adopted children. Losing a sister is truly a profound experience that nothing can prepare you for. Similar to losing a parent. Our siblings are an extension of ourselves. Our experiences intermixed. Fortunately, you possess a very positive attitude and I am sure it and your strong faith will bring you through the grief process.
