Same but I don’t sing sad songs I just make the feeling that I’m digging deep and I force the feeling I get when I’m gonna vomit and the think about a death of a favorite character on tv or a family member, usually I don’t need to think about a family member I usually think about Klaus and Elijah from the originals, Stefan from the vampire diaries, Derek and Mark from Grey’s Anatomy, Ace from the anime One Piece and also Ray and Nora leaving the legends and the Waverider to start their new family after getting married (the show is dc legends of tomorrow)and the emotional scene between Ray and his bestfriend
For me this is really hard to watch, I know shes just acting, but it feels really real to me, it makes me really sad to watch, but its amazing how she can make so many feel the emotion shes feeling just by the way she acts, so awesome job eliana :)

I cant make myself cry. I dont know why, but as soon as I start to get sad and start to cry, I'll kind of automatically bring myself out of it. I cant ever make myself get into more of a deep emotional state to where I wont go out of it. Please help!!

Start imaginig the scenario of the scene or whatever scenario you prefer (i guess) 5. When u ready ACTION 6. Cool down… positive affirmation .. okey all those points seem important, but im thinking thst the most important is the imagination and the ability to believe in that scenario you are thinking of……. And that is so much easier said then done…so MAYBE that could be a great topic to dive deeper into. Like explaining what imagination exercise you use, if you use any at all… or I don’t know… hehe
I wish my parents would let me pursue my acting dream😭 I keep telling them and telling them I want to be an actor but they won’t listen they just laugh at me for liking acting. Any advice?
When you have a goal or a dream, don’t tell anyone. They will try to discourage you in most times. I used to have good dreams and goals and I told my dad for advice and how I can achieve them, but sometimes he was like “don’t do that, it’s unnecessary and a waste of time”. That’s how most of my dreams flied away from my hands. You never know when your time in this world will be limited. And when that time comes you will regret you didn’t complete all your dreams. Just like how in games you have to complete your quests before dying. Stay strong and *never give up*.
This is challenge for u to go through it!!! I know u could do this 😉 I don't like acting but I just wanna watch this because it make me felt so emotional and I like Elianna acting!!! She doing great!! K! Adios🧐
