As it starts to rain on a winters day, an elderly man sits up on his hospital bed, gazing out up at the skylight above him. His granddaughter, who has just arrived sits down beside him. They embrace each other. The doctor delivers some very bad news to her parents which causes the elderly man to ask his granddaughter for one final favour to help him.
