- This is a guided 60 minute morning yoga practice, which includes an energizing posture practice, guided breathing and meditation.
The practice is facilitated by Felicia Pavlovic, co-director of Yoga Therapy Toronto, and is in the lineage of yoga master T Krishnamacharya and his son TKV Desikachar.
Please honour your current abilities and modify where needed. Ensure that the breath remains smooth and long through the whole practice.
