*Performing surgery on a moray eel with a tumor is a delicate and challenging procedure. The eel's slippery and elongated body presents numerous obstacles, and the surgeon must exercise caution to avoid injuring the eel and themselves. However, the procedure is essential to improve the eel's quality of life and prevent the tumor from spreading.*

Can a follow up video be done on her recovery bc I would like to see how the surgical site healed up & also hear what the pathology report said ❓❓❓

That is a very small tank for such a large animal. The eel likely had that "tumor" because of trauma to the face from hitting the sides of the tank, which is common with animals in too small a tank. 😕 A reminder that it's good and okay to appreciate some species without the need to dominate and own them.

With insufficient areas to conceal herself, like morays in the wild do all the time. Hmm. Hopefully the "owner" gets the message. Not cool or impressive, just wrong.
