Can we not create a layer before inserting doors and windows? “And by so doing creating A DOOR OR WINDOWS Layer.”

no. the doors/windows associate to the wall it's put into & the layer the wall is using.
you can test it by trying Find and Select doors/windows with the layer of, say, Concrete Wall or Lightweight Wall. it'll only select doors/windows with walls using that layer.

When I orbit in 3d view in ArchiCAD 25, the model changes to wireframe but gets back to shaded view when i exit orbiting.What could be the problem

This may majorly be a graphics issue of your computer hardware.

you can update your display adapter through device manager or install 3D Engine (openGL
