Hey Shaurya, don't mean to be rude but the scholarship you received isn't a full ride. Full ride and Full tuition scholarships aren't the same. A Full ride covers living expenses too! While a Full Tuition which is the one you got only covers tuition. Just wanted to point it out as it might confuse some peeps.
Hey there! I'm also a trustee scholar from your class. This video stumbled into my feed and it's really interesting to see how our applications and interviews differ. My interview process was sort of unconventional because of my major, but this advice definitely holds for most USC programs. (if anyone out there wants insight on my SCA interview/app I'd be happy to share haha) Honestly, USC just wants you to be yourself and to have a genuine passion for your field of study. Have a conversation with them, not a Q&A session. Great video overall- hope to see you on campus soon! Well...eventually...

I regret the fact that I did not think about studying abroad as a high school student. Anyways, it's still so much fun to experience the same from a third person perspective, the applications, the results, the essays, it's a lot to miss out on. These videos give so much insight about the journey and especially it's great when I have "AHA!" moments when a particular detail strikes me as a similarity in thought process. Good stuff brother.

I do have interests in community volunteering ( starting my own company) and research . I wanna take up some internships maybe in programming but my age is being a huge factor I am still 13 ( but trust me i have a lot of practice and knowledge in the subject) . I'm currently studying in Grade 10, ICSE (We're in the same gang 🤣) and I myself am going through that very phase of finding the one right for me, and believe me, I am really really struggling. Although money isn't much of an obstacle as I come from a kind-of privileged family, trust is. The one counsellor I visited (in Mumbai) took fork'in 19000 FOR AN HOUR!!!!!! Besides, he was pushing me to take IB without any firm reason to do so. Although my comments might make me seem like a complaining crybaby, I am in that phase of my life where I really do need good guidance, to well; be knowledgeable and ultimately attend Stanford University, just like you. You've become the best guide I ever had! Even though I don't have as many extracurriculars ( to be precise - none) as you, it's my goal to attend Stanford. Well I really hope that you'll reveal the one you went to, might as well be sometime later in this exciting journey of your life, just like you told the 30% gang about TutelaPrep. All you guys I have some questions: 1) How do you apply for application fee waivers and when(like before submitting the application or afterwards)? 2) When do the results come out like is there a specific date or it just comes out after submitting the application? 3) I am a 12th grader currently with 95% in 10th but 78% in 11th... Am I likely to be rejected?
1) you ask the college for a waiver before applying, they might send u a questionnaire to determine ur eligibility. Sometimes colleges themselves offer u a waiver without asking. 2) it's different for all schools. Some have specific dates for specific term plans. Some are rolling basis. 3) not at all. You need to make sure that your personal essay is heartfelt scores don't define u and that's what the US colleges believe. Also don't apply to a lot of schools (30 or something) it's a lot of work after submitting ur application too.

Hello! For applying to USC, it says you have to submit a bank statement but what if your banks account doesn’t have enough money and your applying for the hope of getting a full scholarship and have sufficient to survive for a year?

I am very glad that the scholarship receipt especially indian is guiding us , because most of the scholarship receipt are non Indian that's why it is hard to relate us to them , but it is way more easy to relate with Indian if you are Indian .

I am very glad that the scholarship receipt especially indian is guiding us , because most of the scholarship receipt are non Indian that's why it is hard to relate us to them , but it is way more easy to relate with Indian if you are Indian .
