The last competitive number I used Grieg Concerto in A minor performed by Arthur Rubinstein. There was no photo but your name. That got my attention and that is how found you. Our family background from ice skating, performing arts, music, singing is quite uniquely similar. That has changed my life and can't thank you enough. Have loved John Miles for as long back as I can remember, his song Music was one of the best produced songs of the 70s and one of the first vinyl singles I ever bought. A fabulous track from a fabulous performing artist. John you will be missed. RIP.

This performance was the Highlight of the 2017 Night of the Proms. Truely magic.
Having seen all NOTP's since 2013 my wife and I were booked for the 2020 show in Hamburg ... which was postponed to Dec. 4th. 2021 (which had to be postponed once more to 2022).
Ironically, John Miles passed one day after this date.
I feel really sad. Heartfelt condolences to his family.
However, THIS 2017 performance will be in my memory and in my heart for the rest of my life.
