rib thickness can be designed at 50%-70%?
I work in injection manufacturing . as far as i know if rib is larger than 0.5 or 50% of part thickness , the sink mark will occur for sure.

Depends on material, temperature, rheology, and mass. Part thickness to rib thickness is not linear or scalable across material classifications.
