- Wash 2kg chicken
Then to marinate it follow the steps given below:
Ginger garlic paste 3 tbl spoon
Red chilli powder 3 tbl spoon
tumeric powder 1 tbl spoon
salt according to your taste
curd 1/2 kg
garam masala 2 tbl spoon
cloves 8-10
cinnamon 2
shah jeera 1 tbl spoon
cardamom 4-6
oil 2-3 mini cups
fried onions 1/2 kg
* marinate for atleast 2-3 hours*
Boil water, then add sabit garam masala,hara masala and salt...then when the water comes to a good boil add rice [ 3kg ]
Let the rice get cooked [1/3]
Drain the water then add chicken in the vessel
Then on top of that add rice then on top of rice garnish it with little ghee, hara masala and fr
ied onions
Then keep the vessel on high flame for 15-20 mins
Then the lower the flame for 15-20 mins
And then you are ready to serve it with love ❤️
