Bro try this build: Skills: rolling surf, cascade, crosswinds and flowing strike (especially if you have eternal shield for flowing strike Legendary equipment all same as in your build but change helmet to dream and drown and chest to fade to bronze. With this I get max damage in PVE
I actually prefer the dream and drown helm + fade to bronze chest instead you and most other build on the TH-cam. I feel this destroy mob faster and single target fast too although not as fast as the squll build.

Hoje percebi as legendas... basicamente o TH-cam nas Livestreams nao mete legendas e nos videos normais, sim!

hi,does all that dmg buffs stick together at the time?for ex,glooms+mournskull+squall dmg buff,or works one by one?
They work individually but they are multiplier of your damage, so the more X% you have, the more dmg you will do
U gotta get the new zephyr surge dash essence, for every zephyr u have u get an extra charge, so then u get 4 dash charges on zephyr surge alone

Also try replacing mothers lament with wulf because its much better and works with vithus.

Now u have the taste of tempest😊 u can literally destroy any boss, oblivion pillar in a blink of eye without feeling sweat😂.

If you are going to run a dash build, try harbinger paragon with 4 vithu 2 gloom 2 boe - you will get more dmg
I can test it, 99% of the times I just run Brawler to be big and fast xD my dmg is fine
Every class i change to from barb gets utterly destroyed by other barbs so i stick to barb period. Hota is unstoppable.

@IndezYT for tempest to stay alive we need 4/4 eternal gear for flowing strike but then again barb has life leech which is actually alot with hota
