Tier list used based from community data yes you contributed to it too, boothill is good in a single target scenario but takes time to ramp up plus lacks aoe, he's unplayable in pure fiction thus don't rank high in there, seele needs alot of investiment plus good supports to demolosh pure fiction. not everyone has godly relics but the brainrot prevent you from seeing that.

I don't think there's been a single phys weak MoC where Boothill would only have 2 stacks going into wave 2.

BH S1 + "Iron Cavalry Against the Scourge" + RM E1 + SW Ultimate + SW Talent = 20 + 10 + 20 + 45 + 8 = 103 of Defense Ignored, that LC don´t aport more DMG because the limit of Def Reduction is 100%, instead the SW S1 or Tutorial may be better options in this particular case (however you were able to oneshot Hoolay twice XD)

but the enemy's weakness favors feixiao more, also she literally has the privilege of being a waifu and from the chinese region of hsr ofc they glaze her so much compared to a male character like bh.

Most of Boothill's dmg comes from normal break dmg. The optimal Boothill team doesn't use superbreak and uses Bronya instead for more turns.
