      Oo nga e binago nanaman e. Ewan bakit hilig nila ipilit itago ang mga original. Saka wala naman talaga dapat pineapple. Amoy galing pampanga nagtimpla e pilit siningitan ng tamis. Ansarap ng authentic neto pinalilitaw yung sarap ng baka daig pa yung mga beef steaks sa mga fine dining kung taste usapan. Sana next time orig at authentic taga pangasinan na may alam magluluto. Makapampanga GMA e.

    Yan ulam namin for lunch ngayon. Napakadali lang na lutuin at masarap pa. Tapos may toyo at calamansi na sawsawan. Yum! 😋

    Chef in last Sunday' s episode you incorporated dragon fruit....a cactus variety in your recipe. May I suggest you prepare cactus based recipes as I have seen in Venezuela where cactus abounds and prepare cactus based recipes. Thanks and best regards. God bless.

    iba ung way nia sa pagluto ng pigarpigar..kc dito samin sa pangasinan madaming oil minsanan luto ang karne.walang asin toyo ang gamit

      Kung limited ang mantika lalo pag sa bahay ka magluluto, tama yung pagprito ni chef kasi magsasabaw talaga yan pag maramihan ilalagay na karne. Pero ang original na pigar pigar samin sa Pangasinan di minamarinate at carabeef yung gamit tapos deep fry talaga for 7mins. Kaya mas puro yunh lasa ng beef kasi dapat simple lang sya

    D ko alam kong mayroon pa pero parati kame kumakain sa likod ng jollibee sa dagupan..yong unang jollibee doon.andoon ang pigar pigar lalo pag gabi.

    Di naman niluluto masyado yang dish na yan. Yang ginagawa na piniorito mo na. Matigas yang meat. Dahil kumbaga over cook na paggawa mong paraan.

    Sorry to tell you bro wrong way po ang paraan ng pagluto mo ng one of the specialty naming Pangasinanse.
    If way yan ng sarili mong Version it's ok about that.
    Pero kung yan ang sa Version namin....ay mali po ang paraan mo .

    Ok mga lutuin kaya lang maarteng magsalita ang ngluluto....mas ok kung simpleng pgpapaliwanag....pangit pkinggan ng maarteng pagsasalita..tagalog kung tagalog mas ok pa ang ganun....
