Hey man, I had the exact same issue, the way I solved it is by first removing the gpu, then remove cmos for 10 minutes, and then booting it up with my cpu's integrated graphics (I guess that using another gpu would also work), and resetting the bios manually each setting at a time (because automatic resets actually don't reset some settings like secure boot) Then save and let the pc boot, and then finally putting the gpu back and everything worked fine. To mitigate some of the stress for water cooling pc's, there are these quick connect fittings that people can buy. It makes it to where you can disconnect tubing without having to completely drain and refill the system because it stops water from going out from the part you disconnected. The only troubling part in my opinion though would be, you probably would still have to drain the gpu water block if you were to remove that. (Haven't looked into how it works with gpus, too risky to water cool a gpu for me)
This is why i never mount or do watercooled pc. The amount of stress taking out apart is really annoying especially when the problem resolve and put it back together it will have the same or different issue. I agree it looked awesome but with this much stress i ain't doing it.

Windows 11 is known for after you install it or upgrade it from a different version. That it will not give display input and give errors. If your PC is a Ryzen the only way to fix it is to connect a different GPU on the motherboard and it should start working again. And in order to use the same GPU that was on the system you have to go into the bios with your new GPU and reset to default bio's settings.. then it should fix the issue.. This apply also with Intel but u don't need a different graphics card due to the processor already having one..
It's also because the riser cable, when the bios is affected/changed by Windows 11, it will give a VGA output error due to certain riser cables. This motherboard is not showing the VGA error and instead is cycling through to show CMOS. This is one reason I only have 1 Ryzen system out of 6 PCs. With Intel it rarely does this, heck I havent seen any of my Intel systems do this. writing this before watching the end. im doing an apprenticeship to become a IT specialist for systemintegrations in germany and i was one of the few at the company that first tried win11. it worked fine for like 2-4 months and then all of the sudden when i did a windows update and left the office, the next day my os was wrecked. couldnt start windows anymore, try different methods to recover my data on the notebook and in the end was able to somehow downgrade back to the windows 10 that was originally on the device and also got my data. all apps where gone so also chrome bookmarks etc where gone, but i got the more important stuff back. since that incident i stayed with win10.
Also, I saw that Jayz2cents did a video(s) on the Asus mobo recall. One of the components was soldered upside-down. Perhaps this board is part of that skew? I'm a novice with PC components/troubleshooting, so I could be wrong. Good luck 👍
I don’t know how much space you have between the top of the backboard and the monitors but I think it would be really cool if you put a long white shelf there where you can kind of put whatever you want on it and it will give it that feel of being closed in to your set up
Happened to me the same case.. don't know the issues is.. after days found out that it was the CMOS battery.. Check the proper rotation of CMOS battery, when you put it back to the MB, it has a correct rotation of + and -. You may check the manual where the + and - is facing.. if you put the wrong way. the issue is faulty windows boot or the PC keeps on rebooting... hope this can also fix your PC. 😊🤩 hope you can see my comment.. 🙏🙏👍
I don't get why you installed the cable runners in the You Tube Studio on the top of the baseboard and not directly under the windows. Now you have those vertical cablerunners going down. If you installed them under the window you would not have those. So got a really clean look. Also you should imo switched the cables themselver, exactly on lenght and of course in white.

it was funny to watch you, sorry Ed but I did enjoy that :)
😭im so sorry bro that must be so devastating, i hope it gets better soon.
Lol thats what he gets 🤣
Major bummer!! Hopefully by Tuesday you are back up & running!!
Hey TechSource I recommend that you buy a trigger lock for the guns you have loaded that you use for self protection at your home. Accidents happen man, and this may prevent that :)
3:29 these speed fakes man 💀
Absolutely loving these videos Ed! Keep up the good work! :D
Hey there, i think for a cleaner cable management you should go up the lower part of the window and then up to the ceiling instead down to the "flor" and then up to the ceiling.
1:25 my guys the new John Wick
Edit: Nevermind John Wick wouldn't lock himself in a room while fixing the room door
MY PC DIED EXACTLY THE SAME WAY YOURS DO AFTER GETTING A WINDOWS 11 UPDATE. FREAKING WINDOWS MAN.
Just a recommendation. Only keep one load. Those springs will lose there push load all the time. I keep one and then rotate magazines. It’s happened too me. Will start jamming.
Reminds me of the Silicon Valley scene with Rich and his lawyer
Rich "I think it's Yin and Yang,"
Lawyer "Nah... they're opposites YING and YANG,"
💀🤣😂
im confused about one thing you said in ultimate setup ep4 u said u didnt put in a 3090 ti cuz u didnt want to have to drain the loop and then remove the pipes to put it in but if u had to do it anyways why didnt you make the switch to the 3090 ti??
Just get power points installed on the ceiling for a cleaner look . Thats what I did for my over head projector
get a 1/4" air hose reel from amazon for however long the hdmi cord is & you can mount it to the ceiling and it will retract & lock into place at any length.
If the pc is messing with the lights/power in the room, that could point towards a faulty PSU.
Hello Ed, Love the videos I am a farmer from Northern Ireland and I like gaming in my spare time, Love the setup and the Ts Pads! Sucks that the pc had a Cmos error had it once myself, Best of luck!
i really feel this channel is all about OCD
motherboard problem i had the same issue and i swap the motherboard and even check on the ram put only 2 on position port 3 and 4 and check >>>> at last u will swap it either way >>> Good Luck ur flower from Kuwait ❣
I think for you armory drawers it would really bring them together if you got foam pads with cutouts for everything to sit in, like different pistols and clips and what have you
Dude I feel your pain. This is one of the reasons why I won't upgrade to Win 11 unless I absolutely have to!
wow! what is the deal with the wallpaper on the monitor It doesnt really match the black and white vibe
It would be really cool if we could see black and metallic gold for the ying and yan mouse pad. I'm pretty sure it would look amazing.
me: £600 pc brakes *screams of frustration*
him: £$4k+ PC brakes "are you freaking serious" *hurts in millionaire*
Hey edd what is that wallpaper u have on the pc? I love the colors on that 🔥🔥 great work on the new setup 💯💯💯
Man this techsource arc is hard to watch... That cliff hanger at the end!! Did the PC really DIE!!!???
I gotta install a secure lock cause that’s where I keep my guns…
Door is less than a kick away of being opened
writing this before watching the end. im doing an apprenticeship to become a IT specialist for systemintegrations in germany and i was one of the few at the company that first tried win11. it worked fine for like 2-4 months and then all of the sudden when i did a windows update and left the office, the next day my os was wrecked. couldnt start windows anymore, try different methods to recover my data on the notebook and in the end was able to somehow downgrade back to the windows 10 that was originally on the device and also got my data. all apps where gone so also chrome bookmarks etc where gone, but i got the more important stuff back. since that incident i stayed with win10.
Also, I saw that Jayz2cents did a video(s) on the Asus mobo recall. One of the components was soldered upside-down. Perhaps this board is part of that skew? I'm a novice with PC components/troubleshooting, so I could be wrong. Good luck 👍
When you dropped your CMOS battery behind your headboard, I was like, "We MUST be related."
Literally had the same issue, turned out i only got display with HDMI, not with DP after fresh build with win11. Good luck Ed!
hope you can see my comment.. 🙏🙏👍
You know this video is good when Edgar is teaching us how to cut cable raceways with scissors👍
the scratched design looked amazing :D
these mouse pad designs are amazing! love em
you setups are so clean. really like the fire pit jacuzzi area too.
If you want to clear CMOS manually you need to cut the power as well. Removing the bettery while the PSU is supplying power doesn't do anything.
Dude this is awesome. You should try and look up an HDMI transmitter and receiver for the hanging HDMI cable though.
Hi Ed, the problem could be that the cmos battery might have to be replaced. I don't know if this is the issue but I had the same issue in my PC and replacing the battery fixed it.
