That was a huge salmon I gotta say looked great. Also interesting way to cook broth! Usually it’s all in the small pieces as I’ve seen. And I’ve never seen apple being used! Awesome! Anyone know a good recipe where I can personally prepare and eat raw salmon without having to worry about dying of salmonella?
I really enjoyed the cooking and now I know that apple can contribute to the soup taste... Im gonna try this soup...
