Solid and perfect. He closed his career with Gold, finally and very well deserved. I was so so happy for him. Great guy, great athlete. Congratulations.
hämbüschen XD i love it how not-germans say german words fr
this
Sometimes I had to drive my colleagues to new venues in Deutschland. Id use my phone... sorry Handy for the GPS. My German colleagues had no idea what the British woman was saying eg “Arendeh T strah seh” instead of Arndtstrasse.
@Luca Goodoer You know Arndtstr is a common street name in Germany. Most cities will have at least one.
And your comment 'Bloody seven consonants in a row!' is exactly what I said when I lived on Arndtstrasse.
Weirdest pronouners in se world
He was first to compete, Beautiful, so solid, deserved the gold medal.
OMG, that name - Fabian Hambuechen I first heard more than 10 years ago?? He' still around and hasn't retired!!
Lol Ofc. I feel like he just stayed around for this gold. I mean he won Bronze in Beijing. And he nearly grasped the gold in London and lost to Epke there too. This was about time LOL
Men can do gymnastics longer than women, not a big surprise
If I am not mistaken he was in his first olympics when he was 16 years old...which is quite young for men's gymnastics. And he worked his way up the ranks ever since. Even has really bad problems with his shoulder and still managed to get that gold, finally after 12 Years working for it (his first olympics were in 2004)
I saw and ad about him
Think that he finally collared an elusive gold.
Well done, Fabian! The first Olympic champion for Germany since Andreas Wecker in 1996.
A well deserved gold medal, great routine.
such a great story for Fabian!
The Flying Dutchman has fallen :'(

A nasty fall to tell the truth, scary.
He ain‘t no dutchman
@@LilaLetsPlay What do you mean?
He is from Netherlands, i. e. he is a dutchman.

His career is amazing! He went to 4 Olympic Games and won a bronze in Beijing, silver in London and gold medal in Rio!!
I remember looking up to him as a child, as he was world champion. Then he won at the Olympic games when I was an adult! Amazing career

What happened to Marcel Nguyen????
He was there and didn't win anything, and even scored low points on the apparatus he specialised in (Parallel bars).
He took too many 'risks', as did the other germans...they were a littlebit shaky...though they are still amazing in my eyes (...I am German...so I guess...i am a bit biased :D)
Don't worry, he'll be alright.
No words
Congratolations Fabian hambüchen
