Those keycaps are very nice, I want them.
oh, I love that you showed the back is magnetic and can hold the USB receiver.
It's such a fun way to store the receiver! ^-^
LTC has changed a lot! I bought the original Nimbleback 65% years ago and it was my first keyboard that I ever modded, so it's very near and dear to me. It's unfortunate that despite the upgrades, they still went with a steel plate. I guess there are some people that are fine with that but there's too many great options out there these days. Thanks for the review, I always look forward to yours!
I totally agree! A PC or POM plate would have been a great choice instead. It's strange how much I grew into disliking steel plates, even though I had multiple steel plate keebs. Times and preferences change over time, I guess. :)
this looks like incredible value for the money
Especially after all the discount codes, we get a lot of stuff for the money ^^
Hmmm. It's a very nice board. I don't love the sound. I do find a numpad very useful, but I can't stand having it on the right side anymore. I'll likely get a detached numpad eventually, like the Aula F21. 75% layout is best. My Aula F75 is near perfect, except I wish it had a home key. Fn+End isn't too hard though.
I wish they went for a PC (or any other kind of) plate instead of the steel plate. I think it just ruins the sound (the nice poured silicone goes to waste :')).
You have me on board with the 75% fan club! :) My mouse claimed the numpad space a long time ago, haha
This makes my Monsgeek MG108W look bad. Both similarly constructed hard-mounted steel plates (which I don't like), but the LTC has so much more and better insulation. That poured silicone is excellent.
I agree, this was literally the best quality, snug-fit poured silicone I've seen so far.
Yeah, hopefully, the steel plate will be ditched in future keyboards. :')
What are your top three favorite budget switches right now?
Oh, that's easy! :) It's the MZ Z1, Grain Gold (or Zuoce) Bubble Gum, and KTT Coconut Latte.
