Thank you very much for your message and your interest in my cookbook! I'm sorry to say that the book is not currently available in English. Wishing you a fantastic week ahead, warm greetings from Berlin!
Soybeans (and therefore tofu of course) are EXTREMELY healthy and chickpeas, ginger and all vegatables also of course. Just oil is not healthy at all. Maybe try to not take to much oil? Just a suggestion. I love your recipes by the way. 😊👍🙂🍲🍜🥦🧄🥢💪
Thank you for your feedback! You are right, we should be sparing with oil when cooking. less is also more.I think that 2-3 tablespoons of good oil a day (e.g. rapeseed oil is "the oil of choice" according to the DGE. Compared to other oils, it contains the least saturated fatty acids and is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids and omega-3 fatty acids (alpha-linolenic acid). In addition, it contains a lot of vitamin E) to consume is fine. We need fats to build cell walls. They provide vital fatty acids that the body cannot produce itself and ensure that we can absorb and process the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K from food😊
Das sieht so lecker aus!
Ich schaue das Video während ich esse. Da schmeckt es gleich noch mehr!
