No, it's called language that frames concepts in a way that lets you control how people think of them. And there are many more applications besides just 'future pacing.'

Hi Adam, I have a question.. I live in Vancouver, canada and I am planning to set up a marketing agency for real estate agents in both U.S & Canada as this is a niche I am personally interested in and something I can see myself working long hours in. As of September 2024, do you think this is a good niche to get into? Since 2016, I am hearing that USA is on the brink of the worst recession ever but as we all know it hasn’t happened. So I am wondering if opening a marketing agency for realtors is a good idea right now. I would really appreciate your advice, thanks!

Yes I think it's fine BUT real estate marketing is competitive so I'd only pursue it if you were super interested/had a lot of experience in that niche.

@@Adamerhartvideo thanks Adam! In this case, you had to suggest me 3 niches to serve clients in U.S and Canada, which 3 niches would those be?

The pace of your editing is super exhausting. Looks like a lot of work, but more genuine and simple video would be best for that subject matter. I know that most people have the attention span of a gold fish, but your editing says you crave views rather than share knowledge, and you’re saying you’re a mutli millionaire already?

Agreed. I’ve just found this channel, the message is great and the channel is super informative, but my head is spinning and editing feels overwhelming 🥲 I wanted to watch more videos but my eyes feel tired already after 2 videos.
But I still appreciate the hard work and knowledge 🙏🏽

I understand, but the more people that see it, the more I can help. And the fact is that this style simply gets more reach, more views, and therefore helps more people. I honestly wish it wasn't this way, but the alternative is helping less people so it's a sacrifice we make.

Hmmm.... I always thought that your message is what's going to show your audience - the REAL heros - how to save the day. If your audience isn't the hero of your brand story, you've crafted a terrible story.
Ohhh.... is that why YOUR audience is the hero of THIS story?
