As an english speaking person for over twenty years, this video really helped me. Adverbs had been confusing me for too long now. I didn't realise just how bad my english skills were until I started learning another language seriously.
This video changed my life. My entire view of everything that exists in this world, in fact, even in the entire universe. I can never look at anything I know the same way again. This video represents emotions that most humans could never understand. But | can. Thanks to this video I was awakened to many things previously considered unimaginable. Thank you for this exquisite video, I will never forget this experience
I am currently studying for my TESOL certification, and I like to find these videos for examples on how to teach them. I even shared this with a friend who is learning English because I feel it was so well done.
for one thing you did a good job. For another thing, i think you should have made corrections to the part where you said adverbs come after verbs and then made an arrow that says the opposite. kudos dear
This is really useful. I'm an English major in my course and some of your topics I didn't really understand when my prof. Teaches us, but now all of you videos were really taught me a lot...thank a lot... You're recommended by my boyfriend to watch your videos if I want to learn a lot when it comes to speaking in English. So I've download all. Thank again. God bless you.
According to the “Cambridge Grammar of English” there is indeed a sequence that should be obeyed when there are 2 (or more) adjectives. The order is as follows (with some examples): 1. Evaluation (nice, beautiful) 2. Size (large, small) 3. Physical quality (strong, weak) 4. Shape (round, square) 5. Age (old, young) 6. Colour (brown, blue) 7. Participle (broken, forsaken) 8. Origin (American, German) 9. Material (wooden, golden) 10. Type (artificial, natural) 11. Purpose (educational, military)
I'm brazilian, I'm loving your videos... very interesting! Thank you a lot... I hope to learn more with you... I started learning English 4 months ago. Then I'm started.
Miss Ronnie, Your gesture is very good. It makes u a best teacher. It also helps students get the point at once. I'm Urdu speaking but i got a lot of benefit. I love you.
The way how you actually teach is well and educational. One can recognize you have a good know how refering to your skills. What I would appreciate and recommend you is not to sort of trying to be that funny. You're doing a great job.
i’m 10 years old grade 6 and i was very confused at first i chouldint understand anything it took me very much tries to understand but to no avail. but now i have watched your video and it made me understand so much i really wish you the best of luck!❤️
I study english and I was not understanding adverbs and adjectives where they are placed, good job teacher excellent class congratulaions, I want to do a coment you are so beautiful
Jaime, you are absolutely right and the teacher is wrong!!!! She should have said: "Sorry if I said your name wrongly" - since wrongly is an adverb:it describes the verb (say), whereas wrong is an adjective: it describes the noun. She should have said: "Sorry if my pronunciation is wrong" -> wrong describes the noun (pronunciation). Thank you.
A very enthused teacher. I enjoy your teaching. You said a noun is three things. I was also thought that a noun is also an idea, is that correct? or should I correct that knowledge.
Yea, too much talking. When we search TH-cam with a query, there are many videos to review to get the answer we need. There's a little work-around though...just increase the play speed to 1.5x. ;)

Being expressive makes language and grammar more interesting and people can relate to the speech part of the language better. Her way of doing it is absolutely right. And in a thread regarding English, it is best if you use the proper spelling.
It can be both. It depends on what "fast" is describing. If you are describing a noun (the fast car or the fast dog) the the word is used as an adjective. Adjectives describe nouns. If you are describing an action (verb), then fast would be used as an adverb. (He ran fast----ran is the verb). Adverbs describe verbs in sentences.
A big thank you :)) I come from Germany and we started with that theme in Grammar today.. and thanks to you I understand it now and can make my homework :)) (I hope they're right:D Greetings from Germany :)

Ronnie you are TERRIFIC!, I love your classes, I´ve learn a lot, for the first time I understand what an adverb is , thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!!!!!
"Fast" is an adjective, not an adverb. The adverb form is "quickly," so the sentence should be, "She ran quickly."
And what about if it could be both?
grimliar no you are wrong fast is irragural adverb cause it doesn't change
The teacher is so funny 😂 I laughed twice . She has an easy way to teach. Thanks .
