it is anticipation of the start of the new stroke, just before the chain movement turns and the flywheel starts to accelarates again. You can ignore it, has nothing to do with your drive. It probably will we gone soon.

I see there is often a small tick at the start of the force curve - i get that too when I row. What is the reason for that?
