I'd like to think that they used a lot of the energy during the fight up to the point where they used Sailor Planet Attack, and then used SPA with what little energy they had left, which pretty much wiped them out completely. Gotta understand, SPA is a last resort attack for a reason, or else they'd be using it in every episode.

In the manga sailor Moon matures throughout all 12 volumes. They're capturing that perfectly in season three. I like in the latest episode she says "boy this is tough with her hand over her eyes" and she is conveying that she is scared but she still doing it that's what made the Sailor Moon in the Manga LIKEABLE Grease season one and season two I don't know what the crap I was watching season three is the remake we've been wanting

I don't necessarily like the new Crystal remake, but I did enjoy their new fight against Kaolinite. The inners held their own and were not portrayed as useless as rendered here.
