I’m also quite wide, but struggle with thickness. Although already prioritizing all kind of retraction and elevation rows.

I started doing that pec push out type of movement for the same reasons, great minds think alike 😅
Loved the idea of shortened movements first to enhance connection, Do these reduce strength output on subsequent presses?

Fantastic physique! Talking about nuggets: There are alot of them in here again. I have also quite wide clavicles with a wide and shallow chest (I am something between 6'4'' and 6'5'') and the slight decline db press might be a good fit for me too. Will test it out next time. I also found a high incline press (slighty more incline than traditional overhead presses) to be more suitable to my structure (on more upright versions my shoulders tend to "roll forward" quite easily).
Btw: I did realize the posing in the second part is from previously.

Hey Alberto, do you think it's valid to training the tibialis to increase calves size/appearance? What's your experience with that?
Hey my lats get very little sore, do you think i probably can skip biceps and just do bicep focused lat back Training, like weighted chin ups or row with an underhamd grip? And then just do a lot of them?
What are you doing for abs? You have that listed on two of your days. I just started doing them again mainly because they have felt weak and neglected.
Did you drop the DB chest flys or do you do then in your upper pec day? I think when you last discussed that movement it provided excellent growth.
Do you have any videos on how much weight to lose per week, to maximise muscle retention and fat loss?
I almost got no real big pump in my chest, even with isolation after my first compound, sadly my gym got no convergating machine. But i found decline push up can get me a solid pump, but even with a weighted vest its difficult to load

What do you think about pec minor dips from john meadows to address the thickness ?

@@Team3DMJ It was an educated question because I had tremendous results with it myself first then with my clients and thus the variety of insertion.
I wonder for maximum Hypertrophy, you maybe need overload and exhaust the lenghtend Position and the peak position and maybe the midrange?
I'd be shocked if there were any notable benefit to getting any more into the weeds than doing a lift a bit more shortened biased then doing a lift more lengthened biased.

Bicep work can be done with extremely high quality after chest because they're not super involved in chest work but do get warmed up by it a little

Yes but your back day (the next day) will suffer cause ur biceps are still trying to recover? That was what i ment.

5:45 Why are you lifting your head off the bench? I also tend to do this instinctively in the last reps of a set, probably to make the reps easier. That's why I try to avoid it. Seeing you now do this from the first rep on makes me wonder if there's a specific benefit of doing so. I guess you do this on purpose. Thank you in advance.
Saw him and others do this too. Tried it in my own session earlier this week. For me at least, I felt a deeper stretch than if I had just kept a rigid stance. You can’t go as heavy but I think getting a little more ROM is nice. Just my experience though. May or may not work for you in that way.
