Спасибо за видео! Только тут нашел информацию как сделать так, чтобы двигатель не смогли запустить сразу в две стороны, а блокировать выход пока работает 1!
    РЕСПЕКТ!

nice...it is only not clear how to toggle the simulated inputs...i suppose clicking on the respective icons on the lower simulation bar but i dont see the author doing that...just clicking on the corresponding icons on the block diagram also has the same effect?

Thank you for your efforts, very nice project, I draw same project using Set/Reset function, can you comment about set/reset option of this scheme.

Should the Open Limit Switch have its output inverted to mimic a NC switch?
I think in a real life situation the Open AND gate will not signal the door to open unless the OLS is inverted. You are manually doing this in the video but will not action in any scenario that requires autonomy.

Alex Ray this logic I assume is created on the fact the hardware Open/Close limit switches are NC, otherwise will not work. When making simulation logic all input devices by default must be NO otherwise it needs further details so can be understood correctly.

Does the Siemens LOGO have Sinking or Sourcing Inputs?

    • @AboutElectricity

I've always been using Logo with relay outputs. But I've found in Logo manual there is a transistor version with max load of 0.3A per output.

@@AboutElectricity thanks, but what about the Inputs? (see original post).

Who can I get to write me a program for my yard fountain? Three lights (Red, Yellow and Blue.) Not just one light on at a time, but combinations of each color? On my actual Siemens 230RC there are wires going into the following: Q1 Q2 Q3, and then coming out of the top L1 N i1 i2 i3 i4 (there are wires from the Time selector switch going into L1 N i1 i2 i3 i4.) Help! I could send you a pic or two showing you the box? Oh, I would have to put the program in manually. I don't have the software nor the USB cord that goes to my Siemens Relay. Thank you!
