this album is softer but it sure as hell is great,it`s not the old melodeath in flames but it`s definately the best album as a whole since a Sense of purpose

Although, none of the original members are in the band anymore. Both Bjorn and Anders joined during Jester Race, so 1996 - 2019, e.g. 23 years on stage. :)

I didn't think this one would grow on me much, but that chorus sure is catchy. I think the mood reminds me of the atmosphere on their 'melancholy albums' from ASOP/SOAPF/SirenCharms.

I discovered this after Colony and Clayman. This album is the definition of my life right now.
My father left me when I was an infant. I reconnected when I was 18 and it slowly degenerated into him slipping away again. I thank God for my grandparents and girlfriend, She's everything, This song brings back so many painful memories, but in a heathy way. Got to exorcise the demons somehow.

I don't understand why people are not liking this new album, i think its great. It's much more melodic and complex than their other albums. they've taken a completely different way of mixing their music and not that generic formula they've always used. I'm enjoying this album a lot!
The beauty of it is that they have mastered the formula so well, to the point that people don't even realize they are still using it for almost every song. You have to learn A LOT of their songs on guitar to truly see it. I believe they are masters of the craft and wouldn't change a thing. I love em tell I die.
