also if you don't have those colors phalo blue and viridian green together create a beautiful color as well for the ocean ... if anyone else has any ideas please share sometimes I run out of certain colors as well...

Cool i think that will help me finish one painting i started years ago...you should try one with a lighthouse i drew one up but not happy how the waves hit it. I'll add the shadows...i sure am missing those there.

Hi Felix, I've been watching your videos, and they just keep getting better and better. I love your advice: "just practice... once you get the system down, it becomes super fun!" And I'm digging the way you blend your paints. I can't wait to have time to try it! I'm wondering, though, what do you think would be the "second" best brush to achieve somewhat similar results, say if a person didn't have one of those awesome looking #8 Connoisseur Goat Round Brushes? A cloud brush maybe? ( I have a couple of Jane's). Thanks Felix, you're doing great. I think I'm going to learn a lot from you.

hey i had many questions... first .. is it fine to use varnish on the gouache painting on the canvas to protect it or it would damage it ? second... i always use gouache colors but i find it very difficult to blend the colors .. is it the same with the acrylic colors ?

Awesome video, but my problem is whenever i paint with acrylics paints n mix n keep it gets dried on pallete itself after some time....what should i do to avoid it ??? Please answer that
I put a few drops of water over the top of each color..but I use the white round pallet that holds several colors.I place a plastic bag over n it stays pretty good till the next day..just fyi.

Okay I have been doing ocean waves and ocean paintings ting for a year but have yet been able to make the diamond foam where it looks as yours ir anyone else's. Took a year to get my wave where it looks like a wave but those diamond shape foam ruins it fir me every time.
