    So you can make it at home!

    Hello, Can I add oysters sauce?, will it enrich the flavour or make it bad?

    • @harumarecipe
      @harumarecipe  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      There are many recipes for stir-fried vegetables made with a mixture of yakiniku sauce and oyster sauce.
      So, it depends on your taste and the amount you put in, but I think it will be delicious! \(*´▽`*)/

    Any substitutions for mirin? Non alcoholic?

    • @harumarecipe
      @harumarecipe  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Konnichiwa!
      Mirin and sake contain alcohol.
      If you skip these two things when making the dish, it will lack the richness of the flavor, so it will taste bland and tasteless.
      So I personally don't recommend making it.
      But I think it can be made.
      I think you need something different to bring out the richness of the flavor.
      I did some research,
      As a rich substitute for mirin and sake,
      ・A little honey
      It seems better to use .
      I hope this helpfuls you. \(*´▽`*)/

    I had never heard of this sauce, until I saw a store-bought version advertised in my area. I knew TH-cam would have recipes! I’m already a subscriber to this channel, so, this was GREAT to find. Thanks!! 😊 I may substitute ground beef, as it’s what I have now, & I’m on a very tight budget. I already have the other ingredients, thank goodness.

    Will it still taste good if i leave out mirin?

    • @harumarecipe
      @harumarecipe  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Konnichiwa!
      It is possible to skip the mirin.
      Mirin is "sweet sake".
      So if you skip it, you may want to add about 1-2g of honey.
      By the way, mirin is a sweet alcoholic beverage, so
      If I run out of mirin while cooking,
      ・Sake + sugar
      ・Unsweetened white wine + sugar
      ・Shochu + sugar
      may be substituted with.
      I've made a video before.

    Hello, can I add shaoxing instead of mirin? Thanks

    • @harumarecipe
      @harumarecipe  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Shaoxing wine has a different aroma from mirin, so I think there is a difference in the finish.
      But if you have sweet Shaoxing wine, you may be able to use it as a yakiniku sauce.
      (Because mirin is a sweet sake.)
      I made a video called "Mirin Substitute" before, so I hope you can refer to it.(´▽`*)

    Looks very good 👍🏻 can i skip the mirin sauce ? because I’m not allowed to consume alcohol

    • @harumarecipe
      @harumarecipe  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Konnichiwa-!
      OK!
      Mirin is a very sweet sake. (Mostly sake + sugar ingredients)
      So, as a substitute,
      ・ Make mirin by skipping it.
      ・ Use apple juice as a substitute for mirin.
      ・ Use orange juice as a substitute for mirin.
      ・ Use honey as a substitute for mirin.
      ・ Use cola as a substitute for mirin.
      The method is conceivable.
      I have never used these,
      My recommendation is probably to substitute 15g of apple juice.
      After that, please change your taste.
      Thank you!(´▽`*)

    Sir.. just want to know . What a different taste between yakiniku don and gyudon?

    • @harumarecipe
      @harumarecipe  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Konnichiwa!
      This is the difference between "Gyudon" and "Yakinikudon".
      The main difference is that "Gyudon'' is a dish that is simmered, and "Yakinikudon'' is a dish that is cooked in a frying pan or oven and seasoned with yakiniku sauce.
      However, there are some exceptions.
      Thank you for your comment! \(*´▽`*)/
