06:20 you should definitely mention, and or check out believe in magic. It’s a short 18 page guide that gives all the basic information. I think it could be better, but it’s also free.

so my Mage is driven by her Imagination to invent and as she has just bin cured of bing a Vampire after 3 month of game play , can imagination be her focus ? her thoughts are if she can imagine it she can make it & she's 9

A focus is a tool that makes imagining magic easier. A crayon drawing or playground rhyme that you make when you do magic can be a focus. So can a wand or a dance or a potion. Player mages normally can't do magic without something to help them with it, even if that something only makes sense to them.
