Thumbing through Dreamspeakers and Tradition Book: Dreamspeakers, I think it's either a new character or new to M20. I can't find a Peruvian Red Spear society member in either.
@@terryrtalks I already found it, but thanks! It's in "lore of the traditions", page 77 if I'm not mistaken. It's an activist in Chile for the red spears, sounds cool :3 I was interested because I'm Chilean.
